Calibrate the inner compass
My insights on the mountain developed an understanding of a deep-seated code, an inner compass that evolution has refined for our adaptation and survival. Those are the abilities that helped us grow and spread as a species. It's about the ability:
- to stand firm to act quickly and with ease in deep presence.
- to be able to notice and act on the weakest signals with fine-toned perception
- to free ourselves from the illusion of predictability with a well-developed clear vision,
- to maneuver with confidence and determination in the face of unpredictability and uncertainty.                                                       

Transformative Leadership requires an ability to lead in uncertainty and complexity and expands the boundaries of what Leadership means.
