A Ten-Month Education for Pathfinders
The world needs people who can remain grounded, perceive what is emerging and act wisely when the old maps no longer fit.
Nature-Based Leadership is a ten-month developmental journey for executives, entrepreneurs, coaches, facilitators and change-makers who want to lead in closer relationship with themselves, others and the living systems of which they are part.
Nature becomes the classroom, a living teacher and a relationship in its own right.

The Journey
The programme begins with a Nature Quest®, creating space beyond everyday demands, familiar roles and habitual ways of thinking.
Over the following months, facilitated Learning Labs, place-based practices, dialogue and a real leadership experiment help participants translate insight into relationships, decisions and organisational life.
The journey culminates in a Nature Quest® Deep Dive, allowing the learning to deepen, become embodied and take direction in the world.

– the Nature-Based Leadership programme compendium
– guided practices including sensing, Sit Spot, dialogue and reflection
– peer learning and application to a real leadership situation
– a concluding Nature Quest® Deep Dive
– integration and an invitation to the Pathfinder Community
